Clipboard workspace guide

Copy the text and images you reuse, right when you need them

Navy Multitool is a Clipboard workspace for reusable replies, commands, URLs, and images. Separate content into tool cards, organize it with labels, search, and folders, then copy it quickly on desktop or mobile.

See a Clipboard tool card

This read-only sample uses the same Clipboard interface as the app, with reusable text grouped by label.

What you can do with Navy Multitool

Save text and images together

One input supports typed text, pasted images, and file selection. Saved text and images appear together in creation order.

Use a tool card for each purpose

Create separate Clipboard cards for work replies, commands, or personal content. The last card you used is ready again when the app starts.

Organize with search, labels, and folders

Search card names and saved content, add optional labels to items, group cards into folders, and drag cards into your preferred order.

Try as a guest or save to your account

Try text and temporary images without signing in. Settings shows local usage and deleted cards, and signing in moves guest-created cards and text into your account.

Feature guide

Use Clipboard items

Save repeated replies, addresses, commands, URLs, and reference images so you do not have to recreate them.

  • Open long text to read the full content
  • Copy images and paste them into supported apps
  • Edit or delete content from the item menu

Group items with labels

Add an optional label while creating or editing an item. Items with the same label are displayed together.

  • Choose an existing label to keep naming consistent
  • Group content by context such as Work, Mobile, or PC
  • Find unlabeled items below the divider

Work with multiple tool cards

Separate cards by purpose so a growing Clipboard remains quick to navigate.

  • Give each card a short, recognizable name
  • Switch from header card names on desktop or the gear panel on mobile
  • Open the card you need from search results

Organize cards and folders

The desktop header and mobile card panel treat cards and one-level folders as a single ordered collection.

  • Drag cards and folders into a new order
  • Move cards into folders and expand or collapse each folder
  • Deleting a folder returns its cards to that position

Use the desktop workspace

The canvas header provides card creation, search, card navigation, and account access.

  • Use plus to add a Clipboard card or folder
  • Use search to open results below the header
  • Open header folders to jump to a card

Use mobile or the PWA

Open the card panel from the floating gear and display one card at a time.

  • Press and hold an item for 0.5 seconds to copy it
  • Open search from the icon at the bottom of the card panel
  • Hold a card or folder in the card panel for 0.75 seconds, then drag it

Manage settings and deleted cards

Open Settings from the account icon. Even as a guest, you can change language and theme, review local usage, and manage deleted cards.

  • Restore a deleted tool card within 30 days
  • Select unwanted deleted cards and permanently delete them
  • After signing in, manage image download format and signed-in devices
